Agents that act in your tools and work as a team

A GuardWeaver agent does more than answer. It opens a ticket, looks up a customer record, checks a payment. It hands a task to a more capable agent, in-house or at a partner. All on two open standards, MCP and A2A, under your rules.

Act in your tools

Put your agents to work in your software

Thanks to the MCP standard, an agent uses your software the way a colleague would. It opens a ticket, finds a customer in the CRM, checks a payment. You decide, tool by tool, what each agent may do. Your own applications can call your agents too.

  • Allowed actions chosen for each agent
  • Your applications can call your agents
  • With the governance offer, every action goes through your rules: allowed, blocked or flagged in real time, sensitive data redacted, sealed trace in the log

Connected tool: customer support

What the Product support agent is allowed to do

  • Create a ticket allowed
  • Search existing tickets allowed
  • Look up a customer record allowed
  • Close a ticket not allowed

Hand off

An agent that delegates to a more competent one

Each agent has its own expertise. When a question goes beyond it, the agent hands it to another: a legal agent, your carrier’s logistics agent, a vendor’s agent. The A2A standard frames the hand-off. The receiving agent knows what it may do, with which budget, and every step is recorded.

  • Each agent announces its skills
  • A hand-off has a scope and a budget, never more
  • Round trips and duration limited on each call
  • Who delegated what to whom, traced step by step

Under your rules

Partner agents follow the same rules as your teams

An outside agent working with your agents goes through the same controls as your staff: what it asks can be allowed, denied or flagged, and every decision is recorded in the log.

Orchestration questions

Do we need to build anything to connect a tool?
No. More and more software ships an MCP connector: you just enter its address. For a tool that has none yet, your technical team or we can provide one.
Can a partner agent read our data?
Only what you hand it for the task at hand, never direct access to your documents. With the governance offer, your rules can also deny or redact what is passed on.
Which agents and tools is it compatible with?
Any tool that speaks the MCP standard and any agent that speaks the A2A standard, whatever the vendor. These are open standards, not proprietary formats.
